Courtney Warren, MPAS, PA-C, believes it is important to provide a personal approach to patient care with a strong emphasis on prevention and education. She is dedicated to providing competent and compassionate care in collaboration with our physicians.

As a physician assistant, Courtney provides digestive health care for a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases including acid reflux (GERD), diverticulitis, biliary disorders, cirrhosis, pancreatitis and more.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Courtney is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants (WAPA) and the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA). She is board certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Courtney has a passion for teaching and is a Clinical Assistant Professor for Marquette University’s Physician Assistant Program. She published a 2018 Nexus Summit Poster: “The Patient Didn’t Tell You That? Using Interprofessional Simulation to Teach Students the Importance of Communication in Providing Informed and High-Quality Patient Care.”

In her free time, Courtney enjoys playing tennis, reading, her golden retriever and taking road trips with her husband and three children.
