Adam F. Van Huis, MD
Gastroenterologist
As a gastroenterologist, Adam Van Huis, MD, provides consultation for all digestive health conditions with a special focus on inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases and colon cancer prevention. He is skilled performing colonoscopy and upper endoscopy (EGD) procedures.
Dr. Van Huis earned his medical degree at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine, and completed his residency as Chief Resident at Loyola University Medical Center both in Maywood, IL. He went on to complete his fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Van Huis is board certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is a member the American Gastrointestinal Association (AGA), American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE).
In his free time, Dr. Van Huis enjoys spending time with his family, running, swimming, trying new restaurants and traveling.
