Nicolle A. Farvour, MSN, NP

Nicolle A. Farvour, MSN, NP, provides compassionate, evidenced-based care, using sound judgment. She understands her patients’ needs by listening and educates them on their individualized plan of care. Nicolle feels thankful and blessed to be able to work in a servant role for the patients and families of GI Associates.

Nicolle earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing at Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She is board certified by and a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Nicole is proud to have been nominated for Nurse of the Year, Florence Nightengale Award in Nursing at Waukesha Memorial hospital. She is currently serving on the Medical Executive Board at Prohealth Care as the IAHP committee chair for NP/PA.

In her free time, Nicolle enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, two daughters and dog, Rugar. She also enjoys hiking, walking and working outside. She is passionate about sports – Big Ten basketball, volleyball and the Milwaukee Brewers.
